Inspired by dear friends from Deventer, we found our dream home in beautiful Benissa. The view of the sea and the large Ifach rock continues to enchant us every day, especially now that the second phase of the renovation has just been completed. The garden looks stunning again; a green oasis that perfectly suits the wonderful climate.

In 2026, we worked hard to make our house even more comfortable; for ourselves and for our guests. We think we succeeded. We invite you to experience and discover our dream house for yourself. Casa Benissima is situated against a hill and has three levels. On the ground floor are the entrance and parking. Below that are two floors for our guests. There is room for four people. Extra cots are available on request.

Facing south, the entire property exudes the beloved Spanish atmosphere of a relaxed ambiance framed by a sultry Mediterranean breeze; listen to the sound of swaying palm trees; everything invites you to enjoy the good life.
Living & Cooking
The middle floor consists of a large terrace from which you enter the lovely living room with an open kitchen to prepare your fresh meals. All kitchen utensils are provided (see the Amenities tab for an extensive list).

Sleep in the two stylish bedrooms, each with its own luxury bathroom featuring a rain shower. One bathroom is en-suite. Modern amenities, such as air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, guarantee a pleasant stay.
Outdoor living
The lower level is a true oasis, featuring a large swimming pool, a sun terrace with Balinese parasols, and a delightfully cool outdoor living room (the ‘Naya’), all embraced by a lush Mediterranean garden.

Relax on one of the comfortable sunbeds on the expansive terrace or enjoy a meal in the shade of the 'Naya'. The large garden is a jewel in itself, featuring a 200-year-old carob tree, various palms, olive trees, cacti, fruit trees (oranges, pears, pomegranates, figs, lemons, persimmons), bougainvillea, and hedges of oleanders. After a dip in the pool, you can rinse off under the eco-shower.

On the Costa Blanca, every evening is a balmy summer evening (from May to October). Eating and drinking outside with your friends or family—what more could you want?

Children can walk around, swim, and play freely. There are fun water toys and life vests for the little ones. Baby beds and a high chair (up to 3 years) can be arranged upon request.
